IndiaMART lead management means capturing buyer enquiries from your IndiaMART Lead Manager, giving each one an owner and tracking it until it is won or dropped. Here, a CRM key from your seller account connects the two.

How the connection works

There are two ways in, and you can use either or both.

Pull: paste the CRM key from Lead Manager, and enquiries are fetched on a schedule
Push: point Lead Manager at the URL you are given, and each enquiry posts as it arrives
An enquiry that arrives both ways updates one record instead of creating two

Keep control of the fetch

IndiaMART limits how often a key can ask, roughly once every five minutes, and the screen tells you when.

Sync now, for the enquiries since the last fetch
Sync older data, to bring in an earlier period
Test connection, to check the key before relying on it

Nothing the buyer sent is lost

Fields with no matching CRM column are kept on the record as labelled notes.

Every enquiry is logged as it was received
New enquiries can be assigned automatically

Where do I find my IndiaMART CRM key?

In your IndiaMART Lead Manager, under Import/Export Leads and then IM Leads API (Pull). IndiaMART generates the key for your seller account.

Why not fetch every minute?

IndiaMART limits each key to roughly one call every five minutes. A push from Lead Manager delivers each enquiry as it arrives, without waiting for that window.

Will the same enquiry appear twice?

No. Both routes use the enquiry ID IndiaMART sends, so an enquiry that arrives again updates the existing record.
