Integrations

CRM integrations for your lead sources, calls and messages

Connect the places your enquiries come from and the channels your team talks on, so all of it lands on the same customer record.

CRM integrations connect a CRM to the other systems a business uses, so information moves between them without being retyped. These cover lead sources, calling, messaging and your own software.

The Integrations tab in DialCRM.AI showing the available connections for lead capture, calling, messaging and the API.

Lead sources

Enquiries arrive on the pipeline by themselves, carrying the details their source sent.

  • Facebook Lead Ads, from an authorised account
  • IndiaMART, on a schedule and by push
  • Justdial, by push
  • Inbound webhooks for anything else that can post to a URL

Calling and messaging

Talk to a customer from their record, and keep what was said against it.

  • DialTalk, for calling from the record
  • WhatsApp, including your own numbers through DialChat
  • Email under your own address
  • DLT-registered SMS through VAS

Your own software and AI agents

Work the same pipeline from outside the app, with access you control.

  • The Agentic API, with keys you mint and revoke yourself
  • A Model Context Protocol server for AI clients
  • Connections for the DialTalk and DialChat AI agents

Questions

CRM integrations: common questions

Which integrations are available today?

Facebook Lead Ads, IndiaMART, Justdial, inbound webhooks, DialTalk, WhatsApp, DialChat, email, VAS SMS and the Agentic API.

Can we connect a website form?

Yes. Create an inbound webhook and post the form to its URL. Each delivery is logged with the exact fields received, so a form that sends the wrong thing is easy to spot.

What if our system is not listed?

Anything that can post JSON to a URL can send enquiries in through a webhook, and the Agentic API lets your own software work the pipeline.
