Features
Capture, call, message, quote and account for every lead in one place — and automate any of it through an API that speaks the same language as the screens.
What it is
DialCRM.AI is a CRM and sales operations platform that puts lead management, cloud calling, WhatsApp, email and SMS messaging, GST quotations and a programmable API in one workspace. It is built for sales teams whose enquiries arrive from several places at once — so the enquiry, the call about it, the quote that followed and the deal it became are all the same record.
How people get into a workspace, and how they move between the ones they belong to.
Where the work happens: the pipeline, the calling, the messaging, and the sources that feed it.
The things around the pipeline: what you sell, who may do what, and what was changed when.
CRM and pipeline
The CRM is where leads and deals are worked: one configurable pipeline carrying stages, statuses, dispositions, attempts, contacts and company accounts. The awkward questions — who was on this, who closed it, where did it come from — are answered by the record itself rather than by asking around.
Conversion and loss rates, amounts, source and employee comparison, stage funnels and disposition mix — every figure over the same filter.
Two modules over one record. A lead converts to a deal without being retyped, and its history follows it across.
Named by you. What a stage is called, which status it sits under and which outcomes an attempt may record are all yours to configure.
Who tried, when, by which method and what came of it — with callback reminders for the next one, and a timeline that reads in order.
A proper directory behind the pipeline. Link a contact to several businesses, and see every case a company has ever raised.
Filter by case ID, source, owner, disposition, amount or next-attempt date — and export the rows you filtered, not the whole list.
Lead sources
Lead capture brings enquiries in on their own from Facebook Lead Ads, IndiaMART, Justdial, your own website forms and inbound webhooks. Every delivery is logged with the exact fields the provider sent, so nothing goes missing quietly and a mapping that looks wrong can be compared against what actually arrived.
Sent under your own number and address, from templates that fill themselves in from the record. Delivery and replies land back on the deal.
Dialled from the record, timed, given an outcome, and filed with the audio against the customer.
Inbound deliveries are logged with the exact fields received, and the Agentic API works the same pipeline programmatically.
DialTalk
DialTalk is DialCRM.AI’s cloud calling: one click dials the customer from the lead or deal itself, and the attempt, its disposition, the talk time and the recording are all filed against the record. The dialler opens beside the record, so nobody has to write the call up afterwards from memory.
Finance
GST quotations are raised straight off a deal, from an item master carrying HSN and SAC codes, categories, sub-categories, brands and units of measure. Tax is calculated for you line by line, and the quotation downloads as a PDF with your logo, bank details and signature on it.
Agentic API
The Agentic API is DialCRM.AI’s programmable interface: it adds leads and deals, books follow-ups, logs and reads attempts, marks a deal won or dropped, reads a record and its timeline back, and creates or changes quotations and catalogue items. It authenticates with workspace API keys you mint and revoke yourself, and inbound webhooks deliver events the other way.
The Agentic API documentation lives under Hub ▸ Integrations ▸ Agentic API — endpoints, authentication, minting a key, worked request and response examples.

}Team and access
Team management covers the Hub — members, groups and a reporting hierarchy — together with invitations, join requests, storage, plan and billing. Role-based access control decides who may do what, over a fixed set of permissions enforced on the server rather than by hiding buttons.
Members, groups and a reporting hierarchy, so a rep sees their desk and a manager sees the team.
Invite somebody by email, or approve the people asking to join. Pending approvals wait in one place.
Custom roles over a fixed set of permissions, enforced on the server. Hiding a button is a courtesy; the endpoint is the control.
Seats in use, storage used, the current plan and its invoices — all in the workspace, changeable at any time.
Full access to the workspace
The work, and their own account
The iOS app leaves out a named list of screens: the subscription and its invoices, the workspace overview that reports on them, self-serve sign-up, Google sign-in, and the quoting side of Finance. Everything else — including the Admin Panel — is there, and the web and Android apps carry all of it.
More
The More section holds your own account and the record of what changed: Profile, Help, Import History and Delete History. Administrators also reach the workspace Overview, Plan & Billing and the Admin Panel from the same place.
Who it is for
Described by what these teams do rather than by their industry: there are no industry-specific modules here, and the honest answer to “will it fit my business” is that the pipeline and the form are yours to shape.
If enquiries come from Justdial, IndiaMART and Facebook at once and get worked out of three different inboxes, this puts them on one pipeline with an owner against each.
Calling is part of the record rather than a separate app: the attempt, its outcome, the talk time and the recording all land on the customer as the call ends.
An item master with HSN and SAC codes behind every quotation, tax calculated for you, and a branded PDF at the end of it.
Import contacts, accounts, leads and masters from the sheet you already keep, with a preview, per-row errors and a permanent import history.
The Agentic API and webhooks expose the same pipeline programmatically, with workspace keys you mint yourself, so an assistant or an internal tool can work it alongside your team.
Add your own fields to the lead and deal forms — a dropdown, a date, a number — so an insurance broker can record the cover type and the insured’s date of birth, and a travel agency the destination, without either carrying the other’s columns.
Create a workspace, connect a source, and watch the pipeline fill with real leads rather than a demo’s.
